select suitable personnel from our large and comprehensive
Database. We are usually able to fill most requirements
for temporary personnel within 24 – 48 hours should
this urgency be necessary.

Employers National Insurance, holiday pay, overtime rates,

Temporary Workers working for Jarvis Bingham Limited are
legally entitled to one hour’s notice instead of the
one week or one month’s notice of a permanently employed
worker. Ideal for unplanned cancellations or unscheduled
shortages.
Where
planned lay-offs are being made, we would appreciate some
advanced warning so that the personnel concerned can be
offered other work.
EASY
INVOICING
using the formula (Hours Worked x Rate Charged) = Sum Paid,
what could be easier?
JARVIS
BINGHAM LIMITED
invoices are submitted to the client weekly. They are calculated
by multiplying the hours recorded on the weekly timesheets
by the agreed hourly rate and the total plus V.A.T. is the
amount required for payment.
The
timesheets are completed by the our on-site personnel at
the end of each working week which is every Friday. Our
working week runs from Saturday through to the following
Friday to allow us to process personnel wages for payment
one week in arrears. The timesheet must be authorised as
having the correct working hours by the client's approved
employee before it is sent to JARVIS
BINGHAM LIMITED for processing into wages
and invoices.
